About the event
Join Brenna Philips for a Komboucha workshop. After the success of her sauerkraut workshop last month, we’re bringing Brenna back for more fermenting fun! Sample effervescent fermented tea and practice the steps required for making kombucha at home. Leave with your own S.C.O.B.Y (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), a recipe and the knowledge to start brewing kombucha.
Then we’ll leave the kitchen for the Darling Banya with Kathleen Darling. Complete with a woodstove inside, this Kathleen has offered these sessions across the land since 2018. The thermal bathing cycles offer relaxation as you alternate between warming up, cooling down, and resting. Each cycle combines hydrotherapy and aromatherapy for a rejuvenating and grounding experience.
*Please bring a bathing suit and a towel for this workshop.*
